Snyder ISD is excited to welcome Breanna Wilson as Principal of Snyder Intermediate School for the 2026–2027 school year.
Wilson brings a strong background in campus leadership, curriculum development, and student support systems. She has served as both a middle school and high school principal, leading campus operations, supporting staff growth, and implementing systems focused on student success and school improvement.
Wilson holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
Her leadership approach is well matched to the current needs of the Intermediate campus. She prioritizes being present and visible, emphasizing the importance of face-to-face interactions with staff, students, and families. She brings strong systems thinking and organization, with clear structures and proactive planning that provide consistency and clarity for staff. Balancing thoughtful planning with flexibility will provide stability and allow teachers to focus on instruction and student outcomes.
Wilson also places a strong emphasis on family and community engagement. She values partnerships with parents and works intentionally to create opportunities for meaningful connection and communication.
The district is also excited to welcome her family to Snyder, including her husband, who will join the high school teaching and coaching staff, and their two children, who will be part of the Snyder ISD school community.
