How does the Snyder ISD staff feel about the hybrid calendar?

calendar

“Helped with burnout...” “I have really enjoyed the calendar with the additional days off. This has personally helped with burnout, especially during the harder/longer parts of the school year.”

“A gift!” “I know as a mom of three, I have thoroughly enjoyed having these extra Fridays off and not having to take days for simple things like dentist appointments, orthodontist appointments, eye doctors, etc. There was even one Friday morning we had off that I was getting to spend at home with my young child and I remember thinking that it felt like a GIFT. I felt like Snyder ISD GIFTED me with that time with my child that I wouldn’t otherwise have...It’s icing on the cake for me wanting to stay here throughout the rest of my career!”
