Jack Spikes
Jack Spikes graduated from Snyder High School in 1956.
He played football at TCU where he was selected to the All-American team as a running back and was named MVP of the 1959 Cotton Bowl.
After college, Jack went on to play for the Dallas Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Oilers, and the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League.
In 1962, he was a member of the AFL Champion Dallas Texans and was selected as MVP in the AFL Championship game.
Jack is a member of the TCU Letterman’s Association Hall of Fame.
