Murray Bowden
Murray Bowden was a three year letterman for the Tiger football team and was selected first team All-District and Captain his senior year.
After his graduation in 1967, Murry attended Dartmouth College where he was known as the “Reckless Rover’ for his penchant for being all over the field, supporting the run or defending the pass despite his small size. Murry’s play helped his team win two Ivy League titles and the 1970 Dartmouth team was undefeated.
Murry was selected to the Kodak All-American team and in 2003 was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
