We are excited that you are interested in volunteering your time for our students and staff at Snyder ISD! All volunteers, student-teacher observers, and PTO members must complete several forms and undergo a background check verification.

1. Complete the Required Volunteer Form online

2. Provide a copy of your photo ID

3. Wait for the background check to be completed and approved

Forms must be turned in and verified by a district representative - either at the campus front office or at the Administration building. Once approved, you may volunteer at any campus in the district.

Examples of school-day visitors include families, emergency contacts, career day speakers, college recruiters, Upward Bound, TRIO, and CPS. Upon entry, visitors should check in and out at the front office with their photo ID. The photo ID will be processed through Raptor and then returned to the visitor. The photo ID should not be held at the front office; rather, the front office staff should request the individual sign out upon leaving.
