Dear Snyder Primary School Families and Community,
I am pleased to announce that Mrs. Kristin Luft has been selected as the new Principal of Snyder Primary School. Mrs. Luft is a dedicated and experienced educator with a proven record of success in leadership roles across several districts. Over the past seven years, she has gained invaluable experience working in districts that prioritize academics, and she is excited to bring her knowledge and skills to the principal role at Snyder Primary.
Mrs. Luft's approach to leadership is grounded in putting students first. One of her standout qualities is her unwavering commitment to ensuring the well-being and success of all students. In addition to her extensive experience in K-3 education, she brings a strong understanding of instructional best practices and has demonstrated the ability to coach and support staff in implementing key academic initiatives. Her leadership style is collaborative and student-focused, and she is committed to raising the bar in all areas of our campus.
The selection committee was particularly impressed by her readiness to lead from day one and her deep knowledge of our school’s goals and academic initiatives. We believe that her strong organizational skills, coupled with her ability to support staff and make decisions that prioritize student success, make her an ideal fit for Snyder Primary School.
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Luft as she takes on this important role and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our school community. We will host a “Morning Mingle and Meet” next week to provide our Snyder Primary families an opportunity for you to stop by and meet Mrs. Luft. We will provide additional details soon.
